Group Order Rules & Guidelines

Introduction

This document outlines the rules and guidelines for arranging a Group Order (GO) for merchandise from VPCOMICS. Please read carefully before proceeding.

Responsibilities of GO Arranger (GOM)

  • GOM is responsible for collecting orders, payments, and shipping details from participants.
  • GOM will handle the packing and shipping of the merchandise to individual participants.
  • GOM will communicate with VPCOMICS for any issues related to the merchandise.

Profit Margin

  • GOM is allowed a maximum profit margin of 10% per item, capped at $2 per item to cover their time, service and/or packing materials.
  • Any additional profits must be returned to the participants or used for future GOs.

Payment

  • Payments from participants should be collected by GOM before placing the order.
  • GOM will make the purchase using a proxy to buy from VPCOMICS' store.

Shipping

  • GOM is responsible for shipping the merchandise to individual participants.
  • Shipping fees are to be borne by the participants and are not included in the profit margin of GOM.

Liability

  • VPCOMICS will not be held responsible for any issues related to the group order once the merchandise has been received by GOM.
  • Any damage caused by the proxy service's uncareful packaging is not the responsibility of VPCOMICS.
  • Any issues with individual orders should be resolved between GOM and the participant.

Agreement

By proceeding with the group order, GOM agrees to abide by these rules and guidelines.

Step-by-Step Guide for Group Order

Initial Agreement

  • VPCOMICS and GOM agree to collaborate on a Group Order (GO).
  • Both parties review and agree to the Group Order Rules.

Promotion and Collection

  • GOM promotes the GO on their social media platforms.
  • GOM collects orders and shipping details from participants.

Order Verification

  • GOM sends a list of orders to VPCOMICS for verification.
  • VPCOMICS confirms the availability of the items.

Payment to VPCOMICS

  • GOM collects payments from participants.
  • GOM makes a bulk purchase from VPCOMICS' store using a proxy.

Receiving the Merchandise

  • VPCOMICS ships the bulk order to GOM's PROXY ADDRESS in Jakarta with the best secured packaging, adhering to international packing safety standards.
  • The proxy service forwards the products to GOM's address.
  • GOM confirms receipt and checks the merchandise for any issues.

Packing and Shipping

  • GOM packs individual orders.
  • GOM ships the orders to the participants.

Customer Service

  • GOM handles any customer service inquiries or issues related to the GO.
  • VPCOMICS provides support for product-related issues if needed.

Profit Calculation

  • GOM calculates their profit, adhering to the agreed-upon profit margin.
  • Any extra profit is returned to participants or used for future GOs.
